Location

The hotel is situated in a calm side-street of Hennef, a 45.000 inhabitants town with nature nearby. Hennef is easily accessible by car or public transport, so reaching the major cities around, the sights and tourist attractions, Cologne fair ground and all major traffic hubs is easy.

Arrival by car

The A3 highway ("Autobahn" 3 - Cologne to Frankfurt) is only 5 minutes away from the hotel, connecting you perfectly to the region. Cologne trade fair and the city centres of Cologne and Bonn can be reached in less than 25 minutes.

Directions:
At the highway junction "Kreuz Bonn/Siegburg" switch over from A3 to A560 in the direction of Hennef. Take the first exit "Hennef(Sieg)-West" and turn right onto "Frankfurter street". After 900 meters turn right again (at the yellow filling/gas station) into "Beethoven street" and follow the street until you reach the first traffic light behind the tunnel where you turn right again. You've reached the hotel!

Arrival by train

You can reach the local train station "Hennef(Sieg)" easily from "Cologne main station" by local- ("S-Bahn") and express-trains ("RE") going every few minutes. "Cologne main station" is a hub for international and national high speed trains.

Arriving from London, Brussels, Paris or Amsterdam?
From London take Eurostar to Brussels and continue with ICE or Thalys to Cologne main station.
From Paris take Thalys to Cologne.
From Brussels choose ICE or Thalys to Cologne.
From Amsterdam choose ICE to Cologne.

The station next to Hennef station is "Siegburg/Bonn" which is on the high speed line Cologne - Frankfurt where some of the ICE high speed trains stop also. Switch over to a local train there, otherwise switch trains at Cologne main station.

"Hennef(Sieg)" station is 1 km away from the Hotel. You can walk from there or take one of the taxis always waiting in front of the station.

Arrival by plane

There are 3 important airports in the area.

The airport closest to the hotel is "Cologne/Bonn" (CGN). Take a taxi (15 minutes ride) or a local train (30 minutes ride) from there.

Düsseldorf airport (DUS) is about 1 h away and has a train station too.

Getting to the hotel from Frankfurt(Main) airport (FRA) is easy. Take a ICE high speed train to "Siegburg/Bonn" and continue with S-Bahn or RE to Hennef(Sieg) (next stop).

"Hennef(Sieg)" station is 1 km away from the Hotel. You can walk from there or take one of the taxis always waiting in front of the station.
